​​​​​​​How to connect for the first time via Itsme

  • Click on "Identify yourself with itsme"
  • An itsme window will open, identify yourself by entering your phone number known by the itsme application.
  • Then open itsme on your phone, you will receive a notification to identify yourself for MedExel.
  • Check and confirm the icon you will see on the itsme page
  • The page mymedexel.be page will ask you to enter your MedExel customer number
  • If you are known to our systems and have a valid e-mail address, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that it is you.
  • Go to your mailbox and click on the link

You are now connected via an itsme account.

From now on, connect easily with a single click via itsme.

I'm getting an error message, what should I do?

Make sure you have an active itsme account. You must enter the telephone number known to the itsme application in order to proceed with identification.

Make sure you enter your MedExel customer number correctly. This number is used in all correspondence with MedExel.

  • Are you insured? The number starts with 009-xxx or 000-xxx and is made up of 15 digits.
  • Are you a broker? The number to enter is your broker number.

Make sure we have the correct e-mail address in our system.

If you receive an error message concerning the e-mail address, please contact so that we can update our database.

I don't have an itsme account. What should I do?

You have the choice of creating an itsme account via your bank card or via your EID.
